Because our products are perishable and made in small, fresh batches, we currently do not accept returns.

 

However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we’ll make it right: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Share your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos at reachus@petnutritionindia.com

 

We will issue a replacement or refund based on the situation. We want you — and your pet — to be completely satisfied.
