1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged or Defective Products: If your package arrives damaged, torn, or improperly sealed, you may request a replacement.
✅ Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will send you the correct item.
✅ Expired Product Received: If the product delivered is past its expiry date, we will replace it at no additional cost.

🚫 Returns Not Accepted for Opened or Used Products: Due to the perishable nature of our food, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

🚫 No Returns on Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind after purchasing.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

3. Refund Policy

🔹 Refunds are processed only if the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
🔹 If eligible, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Cancellation Policy
